When I woke up this morning I was in tent city, obviously these people wanted to cram in as many tents as possible. But they were also making home cooked breakfasts for everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed my traditional Irish breakfast before heading off to the races. I bumped into two of the Irish guys I had met a few weeks ago at the GS ride in Kerry who had originally told me about these races. So we walked most of the course, making it as far as we could in our 8 minute window.

The practice sessions yesterday were nuts but compared to today they were nothing. Unbelievable speeds, dragging knees, and even the occasional tire slide around a corner. The classics were fun to watch but compared to the new bikes they looked like they were standing still.

Today was an absolutely brilliant day, I think I took almost 150 pictures.
